Business risk is manageable and can be prevented and if any risk does have an influence on the overall performance of the business, this would be by the management’s own weakness in failing to address promptly. Hence PWS ensures strong and structured management is in place to combat this challenge. Any exposure will mean realignment of our operational strategies.
We emphasize on safe work practices in all our operations and projects because it is paramount to profitability, growth, employee engagement, company assets and business reputation. Our policies are in consent to comply with environment, health, and safety (EHS) policies of every company to which we will be sub-contracted to in line with applicable ISO 14001 standards and regulations. For this reason, we will follow all necessary documented work permits and processes.
On the other hand, for institutions and organizations where no formal documentation or procedures are available, we will follow our own documented safety regulations, procedures and permits.

Self-Assessment – involves personal checks for individuals’ fitness for duty, applicable PPE checks specific to the activity to be performed, appropriate knowledge and training required to perform the tasks.

Environment Assessment – involves assessing the work environment to identify potential work place hazards, including checks on equipment, tools, the work area layout, site conditions etc.

Procedure Assessment – identifies work procedures and job instructions needed for the task to be performed that recognizes potential hazards to avoid, and identifies applicable standards and regulations to comply with and incorporate into the work process.
